Are you ready for a journey that will feed your soul, something different, adventurous and a little scary? Do you need to escape the noise of the world to listen inward? Are you struggling with a decision or new life transition?
You're invited to join us for an inspiring, intentional and experiential 4-day, 3-night wilderness retreat at High Hope Ranch in Glen Rose, Texas.
In a small group of women we'll connect with the beautiful land, yourself, your life situations, and community within a supportive group of women.
This will be time for you … a time to set aside all the roles you fulfill and to listen deeply to your inner voice. You will return home with a shift in perspective, feeling more at home in yourself and with a deeper sense of belonging, purpose and connection.
Supported by guide Tami Gilmore, a licensed professional counselor and trained wilderness therapist. Her mission is to assist others in their journey for a life of peace, clarity and meaning.
You will have the opportunity to begin to honor the journey of your life including what you are currently letting go of, stepping into, calling in and/or celebrating in your life.
Your experience will include:
- Camping under the stars
- Connecting to your authentic self
- Group & personal ceremony
- Powerful meditations & connection with nature
- Journaling / Breath work / Yoga
- A community of women
- Silence and solitude
- A 24-hour solo (with option to fast)
- Professional Wilderness therapy guidance
*There is no minimum physical ability requirement. Trips can be modified to suit your needs.

“True belonging is the spiritual practice of believing in and belonging to yourself so deeply that you can share your most authentic self with the world and find sacredness in both being a part of something and standing alone in the wilderness. True belonging doesn’t require you to change who you are; it requires you to be who you are.”
